Currently we have 6 Teams for the C Divsion Registered and 7 Teams for the B Division Registered

Just a quick reminder.. due to lack of A Teams this season, the roster entry forms deadline has been extended to Sept 1, 2010 in order to allow Teams to be entered into the League for B or C division play. The new league kick off meeting date is Monday, Sept 13, 2010 at 730 PM at KCs Tap.
Please be sure to staff your teams appropriately for the Division you want to be entered into.
The option to utilize 3 man teams in an A Division has been removed .

Please know that the Captain’s meeting for the BVDL 2010 Fall Season has been changed from Monday , 8/30/01 to Monday 9/13/10 at 730 pm at KCs Tap.
The meeting is being changed to give teams and players the time to update rosters or submit additional teams to the league.. THE NEW FINAL DATE (NO EXCEPTIONS) FOR ROSTERS TO BE SUBITTED IS 09/01/10.
The league wants to give players and teams an opportunity to get changes or additional team rosters in.
Currently, the intent is to move the start of the League Season from 9/13/10 to 9/20/10. this will give everyone an opportunity to update what they might like to do for teams and not delay the upcoming 2011 Winter Season .
The league hopes this will help everyone address their team needs and afford everyone the opportunity to get their rosters in so that schedule changes and such can be made in a timely manner.
Once again, please be advised that the deadline of 9/1/10 needs to be met so that appropriate schedule changes and such can be appropiately addressed.

All A Players – BVDL
Unfortunately, the Fall 2010 BVDL Season does NOT have enough A Teams to have a division at the current time. As such, the A Division is postponed indefinitely. Some options are layed out below which the league would like to discuss with the A Division Captains and Players at the upcoming league meeting. These discussions will be held after the base meeting is completed.
Option 1 – No A League for this season
Option 2 – Teams break up, add additional players, such that additional teams can be formed. Currently we have only 2 A teams , both based out of KCs Tap
Option 3 – A modified season for the A Division can be held.. we would go with a base 3 man team with a 4th optional player.. Teams would be created from the current A Team Rosters registered. The teams would be created utilizing either a lottery or a draft. Normal format would be utilized with more games allowed per player..Other variations and options can be discussed at the meeting.
Alternatives – the league encourages alternative suggestions from the league players and captains.
Once again, the league apologizes for the lack of teams, however, the diminishing interests in playing league darts in the area has resulted in this situation.

Divisions and schedules will be finalized based on Rosters received by the due date. Remember, it is the Captains’ responsibilty to get rosters in .
Its simple, go online and fill out the applicable BVDL Roster form and then hit submit
